Cinginkosi is a passionate litigation lawyer with particular interest in criminal and corporate disputes. She is also particular about precisely drafted papers.

Over the years, she has advised clients on property disputes and eviction matters. She has also handled administrative justice cases which subject she is very passionate about. She has also argued in several trials in the criminal courts, both inferior and superior.

Cinginkosi currently sits on the advisory board of Girls-In-STEM which is an organization that focuses on girls and women in tech. She is also passionate about charity and does voluntary work from time to time.

Cinginkosi initially joined the firm as an intern in 2016 and came back as an associate post graduation in 2018
